Firstline Factors carries over 20,000 individual product lines of motor parts and accessories. Not all items carried will be listed on this site so if you can't find it enquiries by fax, phone or email are advised.
Orders may be placed by fax 24 hours or by phone through our hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm. Firstline Factors also has company representatives that can visit our customers on premise and take orders. If you would like one of our Representatives to contact you to discuss the wide variety of product lines we can supply to your business then please complete our enquiry form. Orders can be collected at the warehouse or speedily delivered by our fleet of vans to a customer's premise. Delivery is generally guaranteed within 24 hours. As a service to our customers and for your convenience within each product category and where appropriate we have added links to the manufacturers' web sites where you can locate technical information and product reference numbers to assist you in deciding which car part you need to order. For example the best recommended spark plug for your vehicle or which oils are best used in certain cars or for certain conditions. Once you have the information you require you can then order from us by fax, telephone or a visit to the warehouse. We have also added links to sites which supply COSSH information on health and safety issues with downloads of Material Safety Data Sheets. |
